Chorus Update:
We have several mandatory events coming up for our chorus. These all count as major test grades.
Please mark your calendar with these dates:
Thur, Mar 5 | Pre-Large Group Rehearsal immediately after school in the chorus room until 5:00pm
(we are hiring judges to come in and do a "mock judging" of our large group music
Thurs, Mar 12 | Large Group Performance Evaluations during school (students need to wear concert black)
We need several parent chaperones for this event. Please message lisa.bassett@hallco.org if you are able to help
Fri, Apr 24 | Spring Concert @ 7:00pm | Westminster Presbyterian Church

Tuesday, Feb. 24 is our next Chick-fil-a Community Care Night for our chorus & theater programs. Please consider supporting our programs with a mobile order from the Gainesville West Chick-fil-a between 2-8p. Thank you in advance for your support! Congrats to our All-State Reading Choir students!
A big congratulations to the following students for performing in the 2026 All-State Reading Chorus for the Georgia Music Educator's Association (GMEA) conference this past week! Only 100 students in the state of Georgia make it into this prestigious choir, and we're so proud that 7 of them were War Eagles!
