1. With grades being posted this week, have students log into Infinite Campus on their phones or on a Chromebook. Students will need to check the grades in each of their seven classes.
2. Meet with individual students if possible about their options: discuss half credits, remediation, Math Lab, tutoring options, etc.

1. Remind students to talk with their teachers to find out if Winter School is an option for them; deadline to register is this Thursday, Dec. 19^th.
2. Encourage students to use Winter break to earn a few Community Service hours and how to log them in Infinite Campus.
3. Go through the Youth Leadership Hall presentation to make students aware of their leadership opportunities.

1. We’ve heard from some of you that your discussions last week were cut short and you’d like to finish those; go for it! The presentation can be found on the Archived Lessons page (the button to go to that page is down below). If you did finish and are ready to start a new lesson, we’ve provided that here. This week’s video is 8:00 minutes long but worth it!
2. It’s the season of Giving Thanks! This week’s video lesson, Gratitude, focuses on recognizing those in our lives who have supported us and made a positive impact on our lives and the power of saying Thank You. After you’ve showed the video, go over the reflection questions as a class, and challenge your students to complete the Gratitude Challenge!
3. Please remember to download the PowerPoint to your computer. It will not work otherwise.

Today's Lesson Plan:

• Distribute transcripts to the juniors in your advisement group. New juniors to CHS will not have a transcript just yet. Mrs. Lambeth will work with those students individually once their credits have transferred.
• Have students check their personal information at the top, especially spelling, birth date and social security number (FTE). This transcript will be sent to colleges, military, and some employers before you graduate, so this information needs to be accurate.
• Make sure to post the graduation requirement handout and ask students to review and double check that they are on track with all requirements including electives. (click on file below *clicking on the arrow that pops up will enlarge the document*)
• Project the Rigor handout – CHS Courses That Meet HOPE Rigor Requirements (see second file below). It is very important that students see this to make sure they will meet the rigor requirement plus the 3.0 academic GPA requirement if they plan to receive the HOPE scholarship. The CHS GPA is not the same as the HOPE GPA. The HOPE GPA includes academic and modern languages courses only. HOPE is not final until a student graduates high school.
