Before the Test: Pre-Admin Session, October 1st Advisement (p.55)
2. On your board, write School (AI) Code #111371 and School Address.
*Remind students to bring their own pencil and calculator that day*
3. Give students #2 pencil and answer sheet with Pre-ID Label.
4. Pg. 56 Follow instructions for Pre-Admin Session and read text in the shaded areas.
5. For students without a Pre-ID Label, have them fill in all of the information with #2 pencil.
6. Pg. 58 Script for Pre-ID Label
Ask each student to check their label to ensure they’re correct:
*Please review how to resolve Pre-ID label Issues on p. 59 before advisement.*
7. Ask students to fill out their answer sheet completely - better to have more information than not enough. Collect all materials, make sure that students completed fields 1-8 and 14.
Return answer sheets with instructions to the Counseling Conference Room by end of the day on October 1st.
