1. Sign up for team texts. This is how I communicate EVERYTHING.  So make sure you and your child (if they have a phone) signup. CLICK HERE to sign up for team texts.

2. GET A PHYSICAL! Acquire the required paper from the front office. Lanier Urgent Care, 1429 Thompson Bridge Rd, Gainesville, GA 30501 Link to Website 

3. Complete registration on Dragonfly. ***This is MUCH easier to complete on a computer vs a phone

1. HALL COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT ATHLETIC REGISTRATION 

2. GHSA STUDENT / PARENT SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST AWARENESS FORM

3. GHSA STUDENT / PARENT CONCUSSION AWARENESS FORM 

4. GHSA HEAT AND HUMIDITY POLICY FOR ALL SPORTS  

4. Pay your team dues. $150 cash or check to Chestatee Athletics.

Money is due by February 14th, 2025.
