Coach Carl Lee leads the Lady Vikings basketball team with a clear vision: build confident, resilient athletes who excel in the classroom, and on the court. Under his direction, the team emphasizes strong fundamentals, teamwork and competitiveness while maintaining a positive culture where each player's growth matters. He will be joined by Assistant Coach Ashe this upcoming season. Our Lady Vikings overall record for year 2024-25 was 11-13.
Coach Antonio Richradson leads the Vikings boys basketball team. Coach Richardson believes in building a team culture rooted in hard work, discipline, and mutual respect where each player is challenged to improve every day, support teammates, and hold himself accountable. Under Coach Richardson guidance students are encouraged to make smart decisions under pressure, and step into leadership roles, not just in games but in the classroom as well. As of last year 2024-25 season they held a record of 11-15.
Coach Charisma Jones leads the Northwest Collegiate & Technical Academy Cheerleading Team, a dynamic group of student-athletes who embody school spirit, leadership, and teamwork. Under Coach Jones’s direction, the cheer program focuses on discipline, precision, and positivity, both on the sidelines and in competition.
The cheerleaders play an essential role in creating an energetic atmosphere at football and basketball games, supporting all Viking athletic programs, and representing the school with pride at community events. Coach Jones encourages the team to build confidence, promote unity, and lead by example both in uniform and in the classroom.
The Viking Cheer Team continued to grow in skill and spirit. Showcasing new routines, stunts, and crowd-engagement techniques that helped elevate school pride across campus. The program remains dedicated to excellence, teamwork, and embodying what it means to be a true Northwest Viking.
