Tiny Turtles - FREE A great way to start younger swimmers and their guardian's introduction to water safety.
Please note: Junior Lifeguard Classes are FREE for all Season Pass Holders. It is available for all participants who have passed level 6.
The schedule for the Junior Lifeguard Class may change (if short-staffed or for any other reason, as the Aquatic Director sees fit).

Level 1 Intro to Water Skills: My child is new to swimming or is not yet comfortable in the water. They may need assistance entering or exiting the water and cannot put their face in the water.
Level 2 Fundamental Aquatic Skills: My child is comfortable in the water, can fully submerge, float with support, and may be beginning to kick and glide short distances with assistance.
Level 3 Stroke Development: My child can swim unassisted for short distances, float without help, and is learning to front crawl, elementary backstroke, and rotary breathing.
Level 4 Stroke Improvement: My child can swim 25 yards using front crawl and elementary backstroke, is comfortable in deeper water, and can perform basic dives.
Level 5 Stroke Refinement: My child swims longer distances using front crawl, breaststroke, and backstroke, and has good stroke technique. They can tread water and dive from the side.
Level 6 Swimming & Skill Proficiency: My child swims continuously using multiple strokes with proper form, has endurance, can perform turns, and is interested in improving personal fitness or preparing for a swim team or lifeguarding
