Refund Policy

Season Passes (Family, Individual and Senior):

• Each Season Pass purchase includes a non-refundable administrative fee of $50.

• Regular payments (except non-refundable administrative fees) are fully refundable until May 24, 2025. 

• Starting May 25, 2025, all payments are non-refundable. 

Swimming Lessons: 

• Swimming Lessons are fully refundable until 14 days prior to their respective start dates. 

• Lessons are transferable within two weeks of their respective start dates. 

• Lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable as of their respective start dates. 

• Please note that lessons are held rain or shine. In the event of temporary waterfront closure (due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances), credit is issued to a household’s account for any lesson(s) canceled by Hale. 

South Beach Day Passes:

• South Beach Day Passes are non-refundable.
