SPEAKERS FOR SCHOOLS

The Work Experience page on the Speakers For Schools website hosts opportunities across a wide range of industries due to their relationship with over 700 employers. You can search by industry, age range and date to find something suitable. 

DIGDATA

Digdata offers virtual work experience challenges that each earn a certificate on completion.  You must register to attend. Work experience challenges are set in partnership with companies such as: BT, CACI, Capital One, Experian, Facebook, and Lloyds Banking Group.

HEALTH & CARE ACADEMIES - NEXT GENERATION PROJECT

'Lets Talk About...'is a series of small group sessions for students to learn more about different roles and careers within the health and care sector (midwifery, doctor, social worker, nursing, pharmacy etc). Sessions are after school via MS Teams and run throughout the year.

INVESTIN

Autumn term career opportunities, which are available in 19 cutting-edge industries. Students will learn directly from some of the world's best professionals - doctors, lawyers, engineers, investment bankers and more - through a series of live, interactive simulations which provide tailor-made professional experience to ages 12-18.

All programmes take place on Sundays at UCL; students can also attend live online if they prefer. 

NHS TALENT PORTAL

Numerous NHS partners offer a wide range of work experience placements within health and care across the various regions. Covering both clinical and support roles, details of local opportunities can be found below.  Physical and virtual placement are available.

STEMPOINT EAST

STEMPOINT East is an educational charity inspiring young people about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) in the East of England.

IMAGEN INSIGHTS

Imagen Insights offers remote paid work opportunities for those aged between 16 and 26. Students can join the Imagen Insights community (for free), to share honest feedback about marketing, branding and products.
