Joining in will involve getting your opinion on current and prototype services via (at least) one of the research methods below:
- Interviews
- Surveys
- Testing feedback (i.e. you complete some tasks and feed back to us how you found them)
- Workshops
We know time is precious so, whatever research type you participate in, we will work around whatever time you've got to spare.
