Ms. Ashley's Science Class

About Me

My name is Olivia Ashley. This is my second year teaching science at Northside Middle School. I grew up in Greenwood and attended school in Greenwood District 52. After high school, I attended Clemson University, where I majored in Biological Sciences and Science Teaching. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in 2021. In May of 2022, I graduated from Clemson University again with my Master's Degree in Teacher Residency. I am excited to be back home to teach students in the community where I was raised and taught. I consider myself a lifelong learner- especially when it comes to science! I enjoy drawing and watching football on the weekends (Go Tigers!). I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, who are also teachers, as well as my cat- Frida and my dog- Bubba. My goal as a teacher is to ensure all students feel accepted and loved in my classroom and also instill a love of science in each student that comes in my classroom!
