Amanda lives in Grain Valley with her husband and two children. She received her Master's Degree in School Counseling from Missouri State University in 2016. This is Amanda's eighth year as a middle school counselor, and her third year at Grain Valley South Middle School! Prior to coming to SMS, she worked at Lexington Middle School.

Cara resides in Grain Valley with her husband and two children. She graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Master's in School Counseling in 2009.  She has worked with middle school students as a school counselor for 17 years.  This is her seventh year at Grain Valley South Middle School. Prior to joining South Middle School, she spent 9 years at Raytown Middle School and one year in the Kansas City School District.
