Practicing Gratitude and Positivity can lift your mood and help you see your strengths.
Practice gratitude. Gratitude is pausing to notice and appreciate things we take for granted. Remind yourself daily of things you are grateful for and be specific. Some examples: people in your life, pets, having a safe place to live, clean water, etc. Write them down at night, or replay them in your mind.

Focus on positivity. Identify and challenge your negative and unhelpful thoughts.
Often we focus on the negative, (I stumbled over my words during my speech! Everyone thinks I'm stupid!), when we need to remind ourselves to think realistically and treat ourselves with the same kindness we would a friend ("I stumbled over my words, it's no big deal and the teacher said they liked the pictures I used.)
