GHS Band and Orchestra members are part of a musical tradition dating back to the 1920s! Each student contributes their unique personality along with beautiful musical sounds to our ensemble in class and in performances.

In 2020, the Concert Band earned a Superior with Distinction
(highest possible rating) at the district concert festival.

In 2019, the Marching Band placed 6th in our class at the Arizona Marching Band Association Grand Championships! No other school in the district has ever performed at the Grand Championships in Arizona.

Our teacher is Ms. Trent. She is a three-time GRAMMY quarterfinalist for the music educator award, and she loves to play all of the instruments. No matter what instrument your student plays, Ms. Trent has played it and can help your child be their very best! Daily practice and regular goal setting will ensure success!
