SANTANA ROYAL REGIMENT PARENT'S CLUB BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Santana Royal Regiment Parent's Club (SRRPC) is a non-profit 501c3 with a Board, by-laws, and budget. Board members are subject to two year term limits, and are elected each spring for the following year. Board positions include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Music Director (ex-officio).

Board Meeting Schedule

SRRPC conducts its normal business through monthly meetings in the Music Room.

Board and committee members discuss and consider ongoing operations of the music program such as event planning and fundraising.

Members may present topics they would like to discuss through email to the President (president@srrpc.org)

Volunteering and Monthly Meetings

How do you join the Music Boosters? If you've got a student involved with the music program, you're already a member. We'd love to have you participate. And there are lots of opportunities to participate. We send an email whenever we have a need for volunteers. If you haven't already, be sure to get on our email list or send us an email with any questions or ideas, by sending an email to secretary@srrpc.org.

From bringing cookies or helping to serve the band at football games, to being a chaperone for the trips, there are are wide variety of things you can do to help.

Our monthly meetings are held on the second to last or last Monday of each month in the Arts Event room at 7:30 pm. Emails are always sent ahead of time with details. Join us at the next meeting to find out more about upcoming activities!
