  • Chocolate sale - 78 boxes on hand. Checked out boxes = 47. We are expected to take a loss. Collected $1320.

  • Winter Guard and Drumline are covered for transportation for the season (thank you!)

  • Watch for signup coming for spring events (Spring Showcase, Banquet, concerts)

  • New parent driver form - everyone has to resubmit the form. Be sure to sign the statement on the back. This needs to be turned in the MONDAY BEFORE AN EVENT (MIGHT be ONE PER EVENT - Rohner is working on clarification.) 

  • LA Tour: Money is due Mar 15, 2024 $71 TO FINANCE OFFICE. ITS A HARD DEADLINE (unless student applied for scholarship application linked on Royal Regiment website)

  • Hillcreek principal has requested Santana Band & Colorguard to visit and do an all school assembly on March 15 7:30@HillCreek (Students need to be at hillcreek @ 7:30 ready to play. Students can take instruments home the night before OR can pickup instruments 7-7:10am in santana band room and meet @ HillCreek @ 7:30am)

  • Starting tomorrow, Hillcreek has started an afterschool music program @Hillcreek. Rohner has asked students to assist if they want to (winds percussion strings) Tuesday 2:15 - 3:45pm

  • Ensemble126 - professional flute group. Theyre doing a benefit concert  for Santana Music! Santana Event Center, Next Friday 3/8/24, 7pm. $10 general admission/$5 GUHSD student tickets, FREE tickets for Santana Students. WE NEED PARENT VOLUNTEERS 6PM - 8PM (Tiffany, Julie, Kelly will sell tickets @ booth)

  • Guard and Drumline DO have practice over spring break bc they still have comps

  • Guard working on a 3 day trip in April - must be board approved

  • Ebay style auction for banquet tables starting april 1 - April 30. Link will post on website, band app, and email. Once it ends, people who won get alert and a bill
