In most sports, you play outside in grass in a large open area so trees and grass will be in large quantities. The fresh air and the environment can help from training aspects but for some people, they might not prefer it. An abiotic factor is the temperature of the location. This can have an affect on how the body responds to certain tasks and activities. The external temperature affect the skin which needs to be cooled for it heats up the whole body. Sweat is produced to cool the body. Another abiotic factor is light and wind. These two factors can determinate the types of exercises able to be done. Without light it is very hard to do most sports and exercises. Wind can also tamper with the activity performed because it can move things and affect breathing. With can also serve as a force to be acted against or with depending on which way the wind is blowing. These biotic and abiotic factors can lead to restictions in activities and affect the workout or sport directly impacting the exercise for the body. Without the exercise the body can not burn off the fat and calories it needs to in order to stay healthy.
