Won’t turn on: Plug in and push POWER and REFRESH at the same time for a couple seconds.
Loaners: We do not give out daily loaner computers. If your Chromebook is broken, stop by for a repair loaner to use until yours is fixed.
Repairs: Cracked screen? Broken hinges? Bring your Chromebook to the Library to get repaired. You will get a loaner to use while yours is being repaired.
Repair costs will be charged to your account, unless you have purchased Chromebook Insurance, which we highly recommend you purchase! Please note: The last day to purchase insurance for the 2025-26 school year is September 26th. *Chromebook insurance does NOT cover intentional damage or excessive repairs.

To avoid expensive repair costs please:
Keep the CASE on at all times
Keep it DRY (avoid any liquids)
Keep it CLEAN (avoid dirt and crumbs)
Be GENTLE (they are breakable!)

Continuing seniors are NOT eligible to purchase their Chromebook until they are leaving GUHSD.
