El Cajon Valley High School offers a number of individual and group counseling services to students on campus during the school day. Below is an overview of the various mental health providers (therapists) we contract with. If you would like your child to begin therapy please contact their school counselor (contact information found within the 'About Us' tab).

License to Freedom Therapists provide on-site individual/group counseling for refugee youths who experience trauma and mental health challenges.
East County Behavioral Health

The East County Behavioral Health provides treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery services for people who need care for mental health or substance use conditions, co-occurring disorders, or a behavioral health crisis.
