ETF administers retirement, insurance and other benefit programs for state and local government employees and retirees of the Wisconsin Retirement System.
The 2026 Employee contribution is currently at 7.2% and is matched by the Employer.

**Please note that when reviewing the benefits, we are considered a local employer under WRS.
For additional contributions into WRS, they are done on a post-tax individual direct basis (non payroll deduct).
