We continued with our farm theme this past week, and we were busy with all sorts of farm fun!

Our four-year-olds enjoyed playing farm bingo on Monday. Learning how to play bingo was fun and exciting, and waiting for five in a row was hard to do!

On Tuesday we did a farm science experiment using water, baking soda, popcorn kernels, black beans, and vinegar. When we mixed everything together in the correct order, the chemical reaction made the popcorn kernels and black beans dance! We made a short video so you can see how cool it was.

On Wednesday we put on our farm hats and learned how to make butter. It was hard work to shake, shake, shake the cream until the butter was formed. Tasting it was the fun part, delicious!

June 7th - Three-Year-Old Friday
June 14th - Three-Year-Old Friday (moved from May 31st)
June 18th - Field Trip to We Rock the Spectrum Indoor Playground in Edmonton
Students must attend with a parent or guardian
There will be no buses, you are responsible for transporting your child to and from this field trip
The morning class will attend from 9:00 - 11:30 am
The afternoon class will attend from 12:30 - 3:00 pm
Watch your email for permission slips and more information closer to the date of the trip

- Come out and celebrate the arrival of summer!
