e-PG Pathshala
e-PG Pathshala is an initiative of the MHRD under its National Mission on Education through ICT (NME-ICT) being executed by the UGC. The content and its quality being the key component of education system, high quality, curriculum-based, interactive e-content in 70 subjects across all disciplines of social sciences, arts, fine arts and humanities, natural & mathematical sciences, linguistics and languages have been developed by the subject experts working in Indian universities and other R & D institutes across the country. NPTEL Videos
The National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) is an initiative by seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) for creating course contents in engineering, science, humanities and social science.. NPTEL provides E-learning through online Web and Video courses. The mission of NPTEL is to enhance the quality of engineering education in the country by providing free online courseware. The National Digital library of India is a project under Ministry of Human Resource Development, India. MERLOT (Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching) (New)
The MERLOT (Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching) Repository provides access to a curated Open Access online collection of Open Educational Resources (OER) that includes learning and support materials and learning objects. It is a database of metadata that describe: 1) all the learning materials, including 1,500 learning exercises (the total number of materials is more than 80,000); and 2) the profiles of registered MERLOT Members (more than 155,000). The content creation tools (ePortfolio, learning materials), as well as personal spaces (Bookmark Collections, Voices ‐ a community networking site) are integrated on the same platform. Together, these resources create an open, content-rich, flexible and collaborative environment for learners, educators, and researchers and offer a highly cost-effective approach to supporting instruction and learning processes.
