The GSFC University Library’s mission is to connect people to the world of information and innovative ideas and it is the state-of-art of Resource Centre enriched with information resources in the field of Engineering, Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Safety, Biotechnology, Management and all other related subjects. The main objective of GSFC University Library is to identify, acquire, organize, store, and provide on-demand access of intellectual information to its faculty, staff, students and other users. The Library manages knowledge, both in print and digital formats of scholarly resources and provides the same to its users for their professional advancement and also supports to find, evaluate, manage, and use resources.
GSFC University Library is automated using KOHA – Open Source Software (widely used software by leading educational institutions) and for its Library Management System and to fulfil its goal to connect users with its information. The GSFC University Library is equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity.
