All clinicians have suicide specific treatment training that reduces thoughts of suicide within an average of 6 weeks. The Hope Institute utilizes a combination of two evidence-based, suicide-focused treatments, the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) and group skills in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to reduce suicidal risk, increase hope, and obtain the ability to safely wait for ongoing care through stabilization.
