"The best preparation for tomorrow is to do today's work superbly well"
- Sir William Osier
One day in the year 1871, a young man read 21 words in a book which is proclaimed to change his future. He was a Medical Student who is fearing about passing the final examination. He was worrying about what to do if he failed the exam? How to make a living? How to practice it all again? What to do? Where to go? but the 21 words made him to organised the world famous John Hopkins School of Medicine. He became the Regius Professor of Medicine at Oxford- the most deserved honour every medical man hoped to get in the British Empire. He was knighted by the king of England. When he died two huge volumes containing 1,466 pages were required to tell his biography.
He is none other than Sir William Osier. The twenty one words he read was "Our main business is not see what lies dimly at the distance, but to do what lies clearly at the hand"
He later told his students live life in a Day tight compartments which clearly defined that life is better to live for today than doing like this Cook.
A Cook once heard a news about there is less growth of wheat in the followed year. He was stunned to hear that news. As soon as he heard the news he was so tensed he thought of what will he do if there is no bread? He would be kicked out of the job? He will stand in streets? He maked up his mind that he will die without a penny in a hand.Yeah, He died like that too.
This was a story that the words "Will?" "Would?" made a man die.
There is a different way
In which I can say
That sometimes stars
Are more beautiful than dreams
You try to chase your dreams
But at times they seems
To be out of sight
Then,
Why don’t you stop by
To find the brightest star
In the darkest night
And life is not
Always a race
Someday slow down your pace
And you will be amazed
In your life you must learn
That it’s not just money
That you can earn
It is about your friends
About those happy times
When you feel like a child
Happily reciting her rhymes!

Life seems upside down
And it’s a mess all around
Say
just be at peace
Smile Please!
It is not a difficult task
Just a simple thing
And that happy grin
Is better than anything
At times
Things doesn’t go as you planned

She sits in the dark room
Staring at the empty ceiling
Fresh tears on her cheeks
Words can’t express the numb feeling.
“Is anyone there?” she asks for help,
The voices in her head are screaming
“I can’t do this”, she tells herself,
She wishes she was just dreaming.
Just when she thought it’s time to give up,
There’s no place for healing
She glances at the open window
And sees an injured bird dealing
With broken wings and high hopes,
The limitless sky it tries reaching
Its attempt looks futile
But at last it finds what it has been seeking
“I can’t be the bird”, realizes the girl
“I don’t want to be the one who’s bleeding
Life can be tough, but I am tougher
This is not the life I should be leading.
I’m strong, I am brave
I can beat the voices inside
These chains around me will break
I’m willing to survive.

All of us wish to achieve many things in life. But usually many of us do not succeed in achieving anything. And often we tend to curse our fate or misfortune. But the fact is that we have only ourselves to blame for our failures.
It is not known if fate is a real entity, or just a belief. Is there such thing as fate? We don’t know for sure! If our Will-Power is strong, we can easily overcome all hurdles. It is not enough that we wish to achieve something. We should have the proper willpower to carry out our planes. Every one of us wants to fulfill their dreams in life. But most of us think that we have to do something extraordinary to achieve them.
“Where there is a will there is a way” is an old saying in English which means that if we don’t have strong determination and will towards our goal, we cannot work hard and thus cannot achieve success in life. Our strong will power to achieve success creates a way of surety to get success. Our will makes sure but easy path for us to climb the ladder of success. Sometimes the task may be too difficult however if we have will to do something, we can confront all the difficulties and create our own way. But the fact of getting failure in life is that we don’t have will and dedication towards the task. We should blame ourselves and our negligence only and not our fortune.
Having wished to get something is not enough; we have to work actively in right direction with strong will to do it.
