"Not until we are lost, do we begin to understand ourselves."

Following the mental health assembly, another Rally was organised to inform all the students about the stigma of mental health and discard the taboo of being marginalised from the society.

Students of classes XI conducted a rally along with counsellors, in the school premises in morning, thus awaring children and teachers about the mental health and to talk about it in their respective classes which turns to be the need of the hour.

The students wandered in the school corridors along with various banners and shouting out the slogans for mental health.

Awareness for mental health is necessary in today's world to inform, secure the present and upcoming generation from the mental stigma.

In Kulachi Hansraj Model School, we conducted a special assembly in which students performed a nukkad natak which introduced with the increasing cases of mental disorders, ignorance of society and increasing sufferings of the concerned people.

Also a pledge was taken to help each other in needed circumstances.

Many students came up with their personal stories to inspire others to fight back and cause and rise up strong.

Later, teachers and students were requested to share their views on the same and discuss about the issue in their respective classes.
