The second session of G.V.C. took place recently. It was attended by students of SMS India, headed by Ms. P. Kaur, Ms. S. Bhatnagar and Ms. G. Rajan and students of Kaohsiung Municipal Wunshan Senior High School, Taiwan, headed by Ms. Jennifer Chen. The theme of today's session was 'Endangered Wildlide Species'. Students from both the ends shared interesting pieces of information on various endangering species and exchanged views in order to save them from extinction.
The session was commenced by Pradyuman Sapra and Aryan Madan of SMS, India. Surabhi Kansal gave a presentation on Cleveland Bay, an endangering horse breed. Prakriti Jaiswal talked about the Giant Panda in Chinese. An e-poster on the endangering Red Panda and an intriguing presentation on extinct animals was presented by Aryan Madan and Vanshika Jindal respectively.
The Taiwanese students divided themselves into small groups and exchanged real world issues. Girls of 'Wonder Ladies' talked about the impact of snails on ecology. Charis Tsai shared an e-poster on extinct species of Taiwan and talked about it. A discussion on the endangered Prionailurus Bengalensis also took place.
It was a highly interactive and engrossing session and we look forward to more such conferences in future.
