知識管理實驗室
本實驗室的特色乃整合知識與資訊管理之教學及研究環境,涵蓋分散式知識文件管理、知識搜尋、工作流程自動化、 Web 與 Mobile 整體解決技術平台等,配合電子化企業與商業智慧等各領域之專業知識之傳授,以實作方式進行教學研究,並將積極成立學習中心、開設相關學程以提供企業界人士進修,並可提升本系所教學與服務之能力。本實驗室功能可分成以下幾點:
分散式知識文件管理:包括文件分類、索引、版本控制與歷史紀錄。
知識搜尋:包括知識地圖與黃頁,自動追蹤並記錄專家與知識。
工作流程自動化:標準化企業工作流程,讓企業容易管理與監控複雜流程,降低維護成本。
數位學習:整合知識管理與數位學習,以期達成個人學習與組織學習。
