Explore Reiki Healing & Nervous System Support

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.

Many women spend years operating in a constant state of stress, overwhelm, hypervigilance, or emotional exhaustion without realizing how deeply it impacts the body, mind, and spirit. When the nervous system remains stuck in “fight or flight” mode for extended periods of time, it can become difficult to fully rest, process emotions, feel present, or experience a true sense of inner peace.

Reiki supports the body by encouraging a shift from the sympathetic nervous system (“fight or flight”) into the parasympathetic state (“rest and restore”), where the body can begin to reconnect with its natural healing processes.

While each experience is unique, many people report feeling calmer, lighter, emotionally grounded, deeply relaxed, or more connected to themselves after a session.

At Growth Catalysts, we approach Reiki as part of a holistic healing journey — one that honors the connection between the nervous system, emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, self-awareness, and inner restoration.

Explore Holistic Coaching

At Growth Catalysts, our coaching approach is rooted in the belief that transformation begins with awareness, self-connection, and nervous system support — not pressure, perfection, or “fixing” yourself.

Many women reach a point in life where they feel disconnected from who they once were. Life transitions such as burnout, caregiving, divorce, empty nesting, grief, chronic stress, or years of prioritizing everyone else can quietly create emotional exhaustion, a dysregulated nervous system, and a loss of identity.

Coaching provides a supportive space to pause, reflect, reconnect, and move forward with awareness and intention. We believe that alignment is a by-product of awareness and intention, which is the basis of our framework.

Unlike therapy, which often focuses on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, holistic coaching is future-focused and centered around personal growth, mindset, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and meaningful life transformation. Our role is not to tell women who they should become — it is to guide and empower them as they reconnect with the version of themselves that may have been buried beneath stress, survival patterns, overwhelm, or self-doubt.

Through our signature Awakened Woman Framework, we support women in creating sustainable inner transformation through:

mindfulness and nervous system regulation
breathwork and grounding practices
movement and micro-joys
self-reflection and emotional awareness
identity and mindset shifts
reconnecting with purpose, peace, and authenticity

This work is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to yourself.

As women begin to feel safer, calmer, and more connected within their own bodies and nervous systems, many experience greater emotional resilience, confidence, inner peace, and the ability to move through life with renewed intention and self-trust.

Healing and transformation are deeply personal journeys, and we are honored to walk alongside women as they step into their next chapter.

Explore Community Experiences

While healing often begins within moments of solitude, reflection, and self-connection, there is also something deeply restorative about women coming together in intentional and supportive spaces.

At Growth Catalysts, we believe in honoring both the quiet inner work of healing and the power of community, connection, and shared experiences along the journey.

Our community experiences are designed to create opportunities for nervous system regulation, mindfulness, emotional restoration, meaningful conversation, and connection through nature, movement, meditation, Reiki, sound healing, and shared experiences.

Whether gathering outdoors for events like our Rooted: Hike & Heal Experience, participating in mindfulness-centered workshops, or simply creating space for women to feel seen and supported, our intention is always the same:

To create environments where women feel safe to breathe, reconnect with themselves, and remember they are not walking alone.

We also recognize that community is something we build together.

If you are interested in collaborating, hosting a healing experience, creating a wellness-centered event, or learning more about our community offerings, we would love to connect with you.

The Women Behind Growth Catalysts

Meet Maureen & Jess

Maureen and Jess are the founders of Growth Catalysts, LLC and hosts of The Next Chapter Women podcast. Together, they support women in midlife who feel the quiet shift — when life isn’t falling apart, but it’s asking something new.

For nearly 17 years, they have continuously evolved their friendship from raising their children together to building their business (and podcast) from the ground up. Their shared journey eventually led them to pursue certifications in holistic health coaching and Usui Reiki healing together, expanding the work they now offer through Growth Catalysts and The Next Chapter Women community.

Through holistic, nervous system–informed practices, they guide women back to their bodies so they can regulate, heal, and reconnect to their inner wisdom.

Their work centers on self-discovery, self-trust, and meaningful connection.

Let's Stay Connected

Whether you are seeking healing, reflection, community, or simply a place to begin again, we are honored to walk alongside women in their next chapter.
