Our second Hike & Heal brought an amazing group together for a gentle hike, guided meditation, sound bowls, and Reiki — all surrounded by the beauty of the grounds at our new Growth Catalysts space.
The feedback we heard throughout the morning was simple and meaningful: people felt relaxed, grounded, and at ease. 🤎
