The Reiki Release & Reset Workshop is a unique healing experience that combines gentle movement, nervous system regulation, guided meditation, Reiki, and sound healing to help restore balance from the inside out. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that uses hands-on or hands-above-body techniques to reduce stress and support the body's natural ability to restore balance.
