Grow & Learn Childcare Center is the result of years of determination, collaboration, and a deep commitment to supporting families in Wichita County. For a long time, local parents faced limited childcare options as home daycares gradually closed, leaving a gap that affected not just families, but the entire community.

In response, a group of dedicated community members came together with a vision: to build a high-quality, licensed childcare center that would serve local families and strengthen the community. Through surveys, public meetings, and countless volunteer hours, that vision began to take shape.

Over time, generous local support, state and federal funding, and key partnerships helped turn the idea into reality. 

Each step—every donation, volunteer hour, and shared resource—reflected the heart of a town committed to its future.

After years of planning and hard work, Grow & Learn officially opened its doors in November of 2022. Since then, it has become a trusted part of Leoti—supporting early learning, building strong foundations for children, and bringing peace of mind to families who know their little ones are in caring hands.
