Task 2: Quality Post Model
Learn: Choose one of your least favourite blog posts from this year. Take a screenshot of the original post. Use our success criteria to analyse your blog post here
Create: Edit your original post to create an improved eye catching quality blog post (use the slide steps above for ideas) and repost. Take a screenshot.
Share: Your before and after blog post photos. Reflect on how you improved your post. Why is it necessary to create eye catching blog posts?
Task 3: Creative DLO How to Guide
Learn: Explore the ideas on this site here. Look at the examples on the students blog. Complete a PMI about one of the eyecatching ideas.
Create: An eyecatching DLO using your chosen tool. Make a step by step guide as you go to teach others how to make a DLO like yours.
Share: Your DLO and guide on your blog. What recommendations would you make for when to use this type of post?
Creative Blog Post Challenge: Your challenge this term is to post a minimum of 20 quality blog posts. Each blog post needs to include a creative DLO to capture your reader's attention. Make a copy of this smart footprint blog challenge here to track the different types of creative DLO's you are posting. The best posts each week will also be shared on our class blog.

Task 2: Quality comment model
Learn: With a buddy, each choose a blog comment you have done. Complete the peer review activity here.
Create: Write a Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu quality comment using our checkpoints as a guide. Screenshot.
Share: Your screenshot, a link to the blog post and a description of why your comment is a quality comment.
Task 3: Replying to comments

Share: Post your screenshot to your blog along with your top tips DLO for replying to blog comments.
Blog Commenting Challenge: Our challenge this term as a class is to give 300 quality comments on different blog posts. The blogs we are commenting on include our class members blogs, blogs from students in our school and our Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu buddy classes. Each comment must meet the sucess criteria of a quality comment as listed above and be linked to our class spreadsheet here.
