Kia ora, everyone! For the next two days, while you are learning from home, you are to focus on one  of two things in English: either continuing with your short report, or writing an email to me through your student gmail account. 

Writing me an email:

Write and send me an email about your plans for the holidays. Use this checklist to make sure you include everything you need. 

• There must be a subject line

• You must begin your email with a greeting, for example: "Dear Ms. Starling"

• You must answer these questions: 

  • • • What are your plans for the school holidays? 

      • What are you excited about for the next two weeks? 

      • What have you enjoyed about term one of year 12? 

      • What aspects of English have you enjoyed? 

• You must write at least 150 words

• You must end your email with a sign off, for example: "Kind regards, Ms. Starling"

• Send the email through your school gmail account! 

Short Report:

Instructions for how to write this are on the workspace, along with the task to complete. If you have any questions, email me and I am more than happy to give feedback/help!

The short report is due in week 1 of term 2.
