What do I need to do to pass?
There are three things you will be assessed on for your Numeracy:

• Choosing your strategy and deciding how to tackle the questions. We can't tell you what to do, you must decide for yourself.

• Showing your workings. Having the right answer isn't enough, you must have the calculations to prove yourself and show that you didn't just guess or copy someone else. 

• Making decisions and justifying your answers. You need to use info from the graphs or your calculations to make choices and say WHY you think so. 

We will revise a range of topics including: 

• Measurement (Metres, Litres and Gram)

• Negative  Numbers (Temperature and Finances)

• Area, Perimeter and Volume

• Percentages (Tax and Sales)

• Fractions and Ratio (Sharing and Proportions)

• Graphs (Bar Charts, Line Graphs and Pie Charts)

• Averages and Range (Mean, Median, Mode and Range)
