Tools and equipment - familiarization & Joint practice 1-6 weeks
You will learn how to use the tools and equipment accurately and with precision. You will learn a range of jointing techniques culminating in the making of a small tray with dovetail jointing.
Once you have mastered acuracy in measuring and cutting we will go into the first first project.

You will design and make a funky piece of small furniture.
You will experiment with a range of materials to see what they can do.
You will use a range of techniques to make your project.
Laminating, forming, reforming, manipulating etc.
