Digital transformation is happening at an alarming rate and this means there is a risk involved in you designing a product without considering all the implications. Digital capabilities are assessed on a scale of how significant they are to you; are you designing this as a viable product? will it have value for the user? Will this impact your skills and knowledge?
Recognising these aspects allow you to access the information whether you are new to Digital Technologies or have been working on products for some time.
We have a 100% pure image that we promote in New Zealand. This means that we must be good stewards of our environment. This proposal requires the students to design a digital technologies outcome for the Māwhera Kahui Ako. This includes evaluating the consequence(s) using financial and non-financial information and justifying the best option for the distribution of native plants to ratepayers. The justification includes evaluating the impact of this option on the environment based on Sustainable Development Goal #11-sustainable and inclusive cities.
