Policy

The yearbook is a student-planned and produced publication. The yearbook staff and adviser reserve the right as the final authority for the content published in the book.

All buyers must present a photo ID when picking up a yearbook. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide proof of purchase if the yearbook staff has no record of the sale.

Your book should have approximately 236 consecutive pages. Check your yearbook on the day you get your book for printer errors or shipping damage. Exchanges can be made for books with major printing flaws such as missing or damaged pages, and we can only replace books on the day of distribution. If you find a flaw after you have written in the book, we cannot replace it. Returned books become the sole property of the yearbook staff and can be resold.

If you didn’t get your name stamped on the cover, write it somewhere inside your book. We can replace a lost or stolen book, but it will cost you $80, and only if we still have books available.

If you notice a typo or error in the book, we can promise you we have to, and we are not happy about it either. If you see an issue you would like to discuss, please contact Mrs. Wyatt directly. In addition, refunds cannot be given for ads, nor can ads be changed once proofs are approved.

School photos must be taken by Images SC to be included in the yearbook. Each student’s official grade classification from the first day of school is used to determine portrait placement. A grade level change after the start of school may not be reflected on the portraits.

Thank you so much for your support of all of our students and the 2024 Trevilian Yearbook Staff!
