Track to Excellence is a website that helps middle school students build the confidence and skills they need to succeed in their transition to high school and get them career and college ready. This website guides students as they explore career interests, strengthen communication, and use them as a resource to get them prepared for their Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) meetings.
