• Congratulations to Riverside High School for an outstanding performance at the 2026 Barkley Forum, a national circuit speech and debate tournament hosted by Emory University in Atlanta, GA, and held online on January 23-25. Featuring some of the strongest competition from across the country including California, Minnesota, Texas, and Florida, the Barkley Forum is a three-day event with over 1700 participants. The tournament does not give an overall team award, but several Riverside students won individual honors.

• Enyonam Toklo won 1st place in Informative Speaking. The team of Sash Sivaraman and Artem Feno finished 5th in Duo Interpretation. Juliana Lopez Africano finished 5th in Program Oral Interpretation.
