If your student was unable to attend orientation on August 6, Riverside High School will host a makeup orientation on Monday, August 10 from 10-12:00 p.m. Please come and obtain your ID, Schedule and Chromebook. 

Riverside High School had a number of teachers honored Thursday morning at Greenville County Schools' Annual Teacher of the Year Breakfast. Mathematics Teacher PJ Oliveros was honored as Riverside High School's 2026-27 Teacher of the Year. History Teacher Caleb Brown won the district's Secondary School First-Class Teacher of the Year. CTE Teacher Calla Bartschi and Special Education Teacher Heather Miller were also nominated for the award. English Teacher Leslie Lance was nominated for Greenville County Schools' Emerging Teacher of the Year Award. Congratulations Teachers! 

Mentor of the Year - Congratulations to Riverside High School History Teacher Christine Hughes as she was named the Greenville County Schools Mentor Teacher of the Year Tuesday. 

Thank you to those Freshman Class parents who attended the Parent Orientation session this past week. We discussed topics like volunteer opportunities, car line procedures, sports passes, as well as where your membership and donation dollars go.
