About Me

About the Teacher:

    I graduated and received my Bachelor of Science Degree for Elementary Education from Claflin University in Orangeburg, South Carolina in May 2008. I was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. This is  my sixteenth  year in Greenville. I have taught  5th grade, fourth grade, third grade, second grade, and 1st grade. I live with my wonderful family that includes my husband, son, and daughter. I enjoy learning new things and having different experiences. I understand that everyone learns and experiences things in different ways and I structure my class according to those different experiences and ways of learning. Learning should be considered fun and exciting and my goal everyday is to make sure that it is just that! I love being a teacher and look forward to the future!
