Transcripts are available by mail only and will be mailed within 2-3 business days in most situations.

If you graduated or withdrew in 2015 or later:

Transcripts are available by mail or in person from the Southside High School Counseling Office. Transcripts requested by mail will be processed within 3-5 business days; walk-in requests will be processed immediately. If you plan to request a transcript in person, please be aware that the Guidance Office can only take cash or money order payments. For mail-in requests, mail the completed Transcript Request Form, photo ID and payment (cash or money order payable to “Southside High School”) to:

Transcript Requests cannot be processed via phone or email.

Diplomas

Southside High School does not keep diplomas of graduated students. Any diplomas that are not received are returned to the Department of Education. A replacement high school diploma, GED Transcript or GED diploma can be ordered from the South Carolina Department of Education.


Graduation Verifications

Graduation Verifications cannot and will not be completed over the phone or via fax. Graduation verifications confirm a student’s graduation date only (no GPA, rank, grades or credits are shown). Our office can only verify information dated after 2014. To request a verification please mail your request to the address below with the following items:
