In 5th grade, we will work to build our skills in many topics. We will expand our understanding of multiplication and division. We will develop an understanding of parts of the whole (fractions and decimals) and complete operations with parts of the whole. We will continue to build our skills in geometry and work to incorporate algebraic thinking.
