I keep a copy of your student's Emergency Contact Information in my Health Room. In the event that I must contact you, it is very important that we have an updated phone number for you and your emergency contacts. You are able to update all contact information on "Backpack". If you do not have access to a computer, you can fill out a Student Emergency Information form.
