Boys 2 MENtors
Boys 2 Mentors is a leadership club at Sterling School designed for boys in 3rd–5th grade. The club provides boys with opportunities to grow as leaders, build positive relationships, develop confidence, and learn how their choices can make a difference in their school and community.
Through meaningful conversations, team-building activities, leadership challenges, and mentorship, our boys learn that leadership isn’t about being the loudest or being in charge—it’s about how you treat others, how you handle challenges, and the positive example you set.
Our goal is to help every member of Boys 2 Mentors discover his potential, strengthen his character, and become a leader who makes a difference—at Sterling and beyond!

Community Mentors
Our Sterling Community Mentors are volunteers who spend time with a student one day each week during breakfast or lunch, building a positive and encouraging relationship.
Mentoring is simple—it’s about showing up, listening, talking, sharing a meal, playing a game, or simply being someone a student can look forward to seeing each week. Mentors are simply caring adults who provide encouragement, consistency, and connection.
Thirty Minutes. One day a week. One relationship that can make a difference.
