The mission of Sterling School's comprehensive, developmental school counseling program is to promote student development in academics, social and emotional learning, and college and career readiness and to foster a school culture and climate that is safe, supportive, and conducive to learning.  We collaborate with parents, school staff, and the community to ensure students are inspired, supported, and prepared for their next opportunities in life, education, and employment.
