All About Me

Hi!!

This is my 19th year teaching. 

I am beyond excited to have my new group of 2nd gr cuties with me this year in August. Every time I think of it, I smile SO big.

I taught 1st grade for 3 years at Fountain Inn Elementary, when we lived in Simpsonville.

In February of 2024 my family moved to the Traveler's Rest area from Five Forks.

Before moving to Simpsonville over 4.5 years ago, we lived in Orlando. Where I taught at Title 1 schools for 14 years.  

We are HUGE Gator fans, and it was always a dream to move to the Upstate to raise our twins. Granted it took some time getting use to seeing all the Clemson, USC, & Furman stuff around. Ha!

My husband, Rob & I have 6.5yr old twins (Lila & Cole) who will be in First grade this year, and at home our beloved 70lb fur baby, Ellie. 

My hobbies are spending time together as a family doing the things we love; hiking, exploring the outdoors, traveling to NC, TR Farmers Market, and riding bikes. I also enjoy making sourdough, reading and spending time in my yard & garden.
