Parent Welcome & Input Surveys
Welcome Survey - The Parent Welcome Survey is an in-depth questionnaire that is designed to allow parents & guardians to provide input on their student to better help our team assist them in their educational journey. This should be completed at the beginning of each year or when your student is first enrolled at Greenbrier. I will be notified when you have completed the survey for your student.
IEP - Reevaluation Parent Input Survey is a formal outlet to address student needs and parent concerns during the annual IEP meeting process.
