Miss Kaitlyn
Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Oaks, and I am excited to begin another wonderful year at Monarch Elementary! This is my eleventh year teaching at Monarch and my tenth year leading the primary self-contained class. I am truly honored to be your child’s teacher and look forward to supporting each student as they grow socially, functionally, and academically through the diverse learning experiences offered in our classroom.
I am a proud Greenville, SC native and feel fortunate to live and work in the community I call home. I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family and my energetic dog, Penny. In my free time, I love exercising, baking, traveling, gardening, and exploring creative outlets.
Teaching has always been my passion. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education from Clemson University in 2015—Go Tigers! Shortly after graduating, I began my teaching career right here at Monarch Elementary. I feel incredibly grateful to work alongside such dedicated educators and to be part of such a supportive school community.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. Your child’s education and well-being are my top priorities. I look forward to a joyful and productive school year, and I can't wait to watch each student learn and thrive!

Hello, my name is Stacy Cameron. This is my eighth year working at Monarch Elementary School and I am very excited to be your classroom assistant. I am originally from Pennsylvania where I attended Clarion University, but I have lived in Greenville the past 18 years. I have previously worked as an ABA therapist and enjoy working with children very much. When I am not working, I enjoy sports, watching movies, traveling and spending time with my family.
Mrs. Allison
Hello - my name is Allison Berg and this my second year working at Monarch as a classroom assistant. I am very excited to spend the year with your sweet children and watching them learn and grow. Before becoming an assistant I have substitute taught and worked on multiple projects in education research.
My husband and I met in college at Framingham State University in Massachusetts and have two girls, a 8th grader and a 5th grader here at Monarch. We’ve lived in Greenville for 5 years. We spend most of our time watching our girls sports and activities. In my free time I love doing yardwork, going for long walks, and traveling and exploring new places with my family.
