US History
This space will be used for general information about the course. Any specific announcements regarding assignments or class activities will be made via Google Classroom and/or Backpack. Instructions on how to access the online version of the textbook will also be posted in Google Classroom.
Be sure to check Classroom AND your email daily to ensure you are in the loop.
CHARGING PASSES: Each student will receive 2 per quarter. At the end of the quarter, if you have one left unused, I will add 10 points to your lowest Minor grade. If you have both left unused, I will replace your lowest Minor grade with a 100.

Make Up Work Policy
A student with an excused absence may make up assignments and assessments given on the day(s) they were absent.
If the student was absent for one day, they have one day to submit assignments completed or due the day they were absent.
If the student was absent for multiple days, they have up to five days to submit assignments completed or due during their absence.
Teachers may opt to lengthen make-up time for unusual circumstances.
