Send an email to certificate@greenville.k12.sc.us with these attachments:
Proof of at least 120 PD points (PD portal printout and/or certificates showing # credits)
Request for Change/Action form - signed by you and your principal
(if you are still required to earn Read to Succeed) - a copy of your updated state certificate showing endorsements
***You only need to communicate with the district, unless a change is being made to your state certificate (adding endorsement, etc.)
